The build is custom because every business is different — get in touch and we’ll send a fixed quote. After launch, the €150/year care plan keeps it hosted, secure, and editable.
Because it’s cheaper to run that way and we pass that on. One invoice a year, one predictable number, no subscription creeping up on you.
Nothing breaks and nothing is billed automatically. We’ll get in touch and talk about the right tier — that’s a good problem and we’d rather discuss it than surprise you with an invoice.
The domain is registered in your name and billed by the registrar, typically €10–20 a year depending on the extension. We handle the setup. It stays yours.
No. We run the AI infrastructure and it’s covered by the plan and the per-request AI editing add-on. There’s no separate AI subscription for you to manage.
Yes. The care plan runs a year at a time and doesn’t auto-escalate. You own your domain and your content, so if you leave, you leave with your site.
None. If you can write a text message, you can update your website. You describe the change in plain language and we handle the rest — no dashboards, no code, no jargon.
Your site runs on Cloudflare’s network and the service is operated from within the EU. We’re GDPR-compliant by design, so data from you and your visitors is handled to European standards wherever you’re based.
Small text and image changes are usually ready for your review the same working day, often within the hour. Anything that needs design work or a new page is scoped first so you know the timeline before it starts.
No. The automation works on your website’s content and code. Form submissions and customer enquiries are handled by a separate service and are never part of what the agent reads or edits.
